Permission Slip
If you have not already filled out your students permission slip for 2010 please get it to Pastor Brad as soon as possible.

Sports Schedules
Please let me know if your child is participating in ANY extracurricular activities. I would like to have as many schedules of games, concerts, recitals, etc. as I can.
Please email me a current schedule at pastorbrad@firstagindependence.com or give it to me at church.
Summer Camp
We will be going to summer camp June 14th - 18th 2010. Cost for camp is $140.00. Camp scholarships are available... please fill out a scholarship application for assistance. Scholarship Application
Haiti Missions Trip
We will be taking a trip with Partnership International to Haiti this summer on July 6th - 13th. Please get your missions trip application and $115.00 turned in for our missions trip.
